    | SERVICE AND SUPPORT |  
    | The
      Division 5 Software Service and Support Plan is designed to give Division
      5 users reliable on-call and on-line support for their system. Our plan
      entitles end-users to telephone support and on-line system support. 
 After the initial sixty-day free support period, users have the option to either enroll in
      the Service and Support Plan for a standard monthly fee, or receive
      support on a per occurrence price plan.
